Global E-Trading will pay $12.5 million to settle claims that it helped retailers overcharge consumers for Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto, and InstaKeto supplements. Consumers who purchased qualifying three-pack or five-pack bundles may receive cash payments, with payouts of up to $149.91 for three-packs and up to $238.44 for five-packs. No proof of purchase is required for customers listed in shipping records, while others may need basic purchase documentation.

$6.5M Omni Family Health Data Breach Settlement

Deadline: January 5, 2026

Omni Family Health will pay $6.5 million to resolve claims that it failed to protect patient and employee data in a 2024 cybersecurity breach. Impacted individuals may claim up to $5,000 for documented fraud or identity theft losses, an estimated $105 cash payment, and two years of free identity and medical information monitoring. California residents may also qualify for an additional $100 payment under state privacy laws.

$2.85M Fathom Realty Spam Text Settlement

Deadline: January 7, 2026

Fathom Realty will pay $2,85 million to resolve claims that it sent unsolicited real estate text messages to phone numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. Consumers who received one or more qualifying texts between August 15, 2021, and December 15, 2024, may receive $48 per message, with payments subject to adjustment based on the number of claims filed.

Nations Direct Mortgage Data Breach Settlement

Nations Direct Mortgage agreed to an undisclosed settlement to resolve claims it failed to prevent a December 2023 data breach that exposed sensitive consumer information, including Social Security numbers and birth dates. The settlement applies to U.S. residents who were notified their information was affected, with additional benefits for California residents. Eligible class members can claim up to $2,750 for documented losses related to fraud or identity theft, up to $50 for lost time, and two years of free credit monitoring with $1 million in identity theft insurance. $12.875 Million Anthem Mental Health Treatment Settlement

Anthem, Inc. (now Elevance Health as a corporate name) will pay $12.875 million to settle claims that it improperly denied coverage for residential mental health and substance use disorder treatment using overly restrictive medical necessity guidelines. The settlement covers individuals whose treatment requests were denied on or after April 29, 2017. Eligible class members who paid out-of-pocket for residential treatment may receive reimbursement for up to 365 days of care per treatment episode, while those who don’t qualify for reimbursement will receive a minimum payment of $100.

$1.225 Million First Choice Dental Data Breach Settlement

Deadline: January 28, 2026

First Choice Dental agreed to pay $1.225 million to resolve claims that a 2023 data breach exposed patient and consumer information, including Social Security numbers, financial data, and health records. Papaya Gaming agreed to a $15 million settlement over claims that its cash-based mobile games, including Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash, Bingo Cash, and 21 Cash, misled players into believing contests were skill-based when they weren’t. The settlement covers users who deposited money in a Papaya app between January 1, 2019, and September 5, 2024. Eligible players can receive a cash payment or an in-game cash distribution, with amounts based on participation and account activity.
